Abstract
Vrsta Veronica persica Poir. pripada jednogodišnjim biljkama – terofitima koje odlikuje preživljavanje nepovoljnih uvjeta u obliku sjemena. Jedan od najvažnijih biljnih metaboličkih produkata je eterično ulje čija su svojstva važna i za čovjeka. Vrsta je sakupljena u gradu Cresu te je provedena GC/MS analiza eteričnog ulja dobivenog vodenom destilacijom. Rezultati su prikazani pomoću tablice spojeva i kromatogramom. Najzastupljeniji spoj u sastavu eteričnog ulja je apokarotenoid heksahidrofarnezil aceton, a slijede ga ugljikovodici, oksigenirani monoterpeni, seskviterpenski ugljikovodici, monoterpenski ugljikovodici te oksigenirani seskviterpeni.
Abstract (english)
Species Veronica persica Poir. is terophyte, one-year plant that survive the most unfavorable conditions in the form of seeds. One of the most important herbal metabolic products is essential oil whose properties are important for humans too. Species is collected in town of Cres and a GC / MS analysis of essential oil obtained by distillation was carried out. The results are presented using the compounds table and the chromatogram. The most abundant compound is apocarotenoid hexahydrofarnesyl acetone, followed by hydrocarbons, oxygenated monoterpenes, sesquiterpene hydrocarbons, monoterpene hydrocarbons and oxygenated sesquiterpenes.
