Abstract
U ovom radu proučavana je visokotemperaturna ovisnost termoelektričnih svojstava kompozita SU8 + grafen. Pripremljen je eksperimentalni uređaj za mjerenje termostruje te je izrađen LabVIEW program koji vrši mjerenje termostruje uzorka. Prezentirani su rezultati mjerenja temperaturne ovisnosti termostruje jednog uzorka kompozita SU8 + grafen s 3wt% grafena u rasponu od 300 K do 567 K. Na nižim temperaturama (do 414 K) dobivena je linearna ovisnost termostruje o temperaturi. Na 414 K događa se promjena trenda, a na 466 K promjena predznaka termostruje. Potrebno je napraviti dodatna mjerenja na uzorcima kompozita SU8 + grafen s različitim masenim udjelima grafena kako bi se dobiveni rezultati mogli detaljnije protumačiti.
Abstract (english)
In this work high-temperature thermoelectric properties of SU8 + graphene composite were studied. An experimental setup and a LabVIEW program for thermopower measurement were made and the results of termopower temperature dependance measurement of the SU8 + graphene comoposite with 3wt% of graphene are presented. Measurement was made in the temperature range between 300 K and 567 K. At lower temperatures linear temperature dependence of thermopower is observed. At 414 K there is a change in trend and at 466 K a change in sign of thermopower. Additional measurements of thermoelectric properties of the composite are necessary to obtain a more detailed analysis of our results.
