In the teaching of Technical Culture, students get acquainted with the world of technique and technical creations. The competencies that a student acquires are important for any job given the growing impact of technology nowdays. The evaluation of students is a sensitive and responsible task, and in the teaching of Technical Culture it is also specific, due to the way in which the teaching is held. The teacher assesses the student's educational and upbringing competencies and must continuously monitor the student's progress due to the complexity of the evaluation and assessment process. Many more elements are evaluated in contrast to other subjects. Because to the student assessment is more demanding, problems and challenges often arise in the proper assessment of student knowledge. Due to the frequent wrong approach to the evaluation of student work, performance is determined by the amount of student knowledge that is taken as a measure of effectiveness regardless of the goals of that curriculum or process, which is a major problem. Classical tests of knowledge cannot accurately determine the success of fulfilling the tasks and abilities of students, so the teacher checks the abilities and skills of students during the performance of practical exercises. An additional challenge is the often insufficient training of the classroom to perform practical work, as well as the insufficient number of school hours and competent teachers. Teacher subjective assessment also has a major impact on student evaluation due to a number of factors influencing subjective judgment.
