Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je utvrditi čimbenike utjecaja na potrošače na izbor i kupnju proizvoda na tržištu nekretnina. Svrha ovog rada je razumijevanje potreba i želja potrošača kako bi se utvrdili kriteriji poboljšanja proizvoda i time povećala njegova atraktivnost. Tržišnom segmentacijom moguće je identificirati tražene koristi i formirati adekvatnu ponudu za svaki tržišni segment građevinskom sektoru. Metode korištene u ovome radu su sljedeće: metoda analize i sinteze, statistička i grafička metoda, metoda deskripcije i komparacije te metoda indukcije.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to determine the factors influencing consumers on the choice and purchase of products in the real estate market.The purpose of this paper is to understand the needs and desires of consumers in order to determine the criteria for product improvement and thus increase its attractiveness. Market segmentation makes it possible to identify the required benefits and form an adequate offer for each market segment to the construction sector. The methods used in this paper are as follows: analysis and synthesis method, statistical and graphical method, description and comparison method, and induction method.
