Abstract
U radu se obrazlažu načini rada, programiranja, komuniciranja i spajanja PLC (Programabilni logički kontroler) uređaja. PLC uređaje najčešće koristimo prilikom sortiranja, pomoću senzora za očitavanje: mase, dimenzija, volumena, boje i sl., preko zadanog upravljačkog programa vrše sortiranje ovisno o dobivenim i zadanim mjerama. Projektiranje ovog automatiziranog sustava uključuje odabir dijelova, korištenje različitih postupaka obrade materijala, spajanje različitih vrsta shema, projektiranje izgleda, pisanje i simuliranje programskog koda u „CyPro“ i “RoboCel” programskim jezicima te rješavanje problematike kretanja i sortiranja određenih dijelova.
Abstract (english)
The paper work explains the methods of operation, programming, communication and electrical wiring of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) devices. PLC devices are most often used for sorting, using sensors for reading: mass, dimensions, volume, color, etc., through the program they have, they perform sorting depending on the initially and obtained measures. Design of this automated system includes selecting parts, using different material processing procedures, merging different types of schemes, designing layouts, writing and simulating program code in "CyPro" and "RoboCel" programming languages and solving problems of movement and sorting of certain parts.
