Abstract Prevalencija psihosocijalnih teškoća i daljnji rast ovog globalnog problema ukazuje na potrebu uvođenja novih oblika podrške temeljenih na politikama deinstitucionalizacije.
Ovaj rad prikazuje rezultate provedenog akcijskog istraživanja s osobama koje imaju psihosocijalne teškoće pri čemu je cilj dobivanje uvida u njihovo iskustvo tijekom ili nakon primjena intervencija samoosnaživanja kroz upotrebu NLP-a.
Donose se zaključci iz perspektive psihoedukativnog grupnog rada provedenog u udruzi Ludruga, koja se bavi mentalnim zdravljem u zajednici. Korišten je prigodni uzorak od šest sudionika, a podatci su prikupljeni polustrukturiranim intervjuima. Vršio se postupak kvalitativne analize procesom otvorenog kodiranja. Dobiveni rezultati su organizirani prema dva postavljena istraživačka pitanja. Prvo istraživačko pitanje se odnosi na učinke na području samoosnaživanja nastale kroz iskustvo primjene intervencija samoosnaživanja kroz upotrebu NLP-a, te dobiveni podatci tako ukazuju na postignute učinke u pogledu povećanja razine samouvida, povećanja osobnih kapaciteta i emocionalno rasterećenje. Kao učinak se navodi i usredotoćena svjesnost odnosno mindfulness, razvijanje pozitivnog stava, blagonaklon pristup samome sebi, asertivniji pristup življenju te nastavak rada izvan susreta. Za drugo istraživačko pitanje koje ispituje doživljaj korisnosti intervencija samoosnaživanja kroz upotrebu NLP-a, podatci ukazuju kako sudionici korisnim smatraju dobivanje novih znanja i obilježja načina rada. Sudionici nadalje primjećuju pozitivne učinke “domaće zadaće”, značaj uloge voditelja te imaju generalno potvrdan stav o korisnosti intervencija samoosnaživanja kroz upotrebu NLP-a. Generalno se zaključuje kako su kod sudionika vidljive promjene na području samoosnaživanja te da je za korjenitije i trajnije promjene kod korisnika sustava socijalne skrbi sa psihosocijalnim teškoćama potrebno dalje razvijati usluge u zajednici i u suradnom odnosu temeljenom na socijalnom modelu raditi na poboljšanju kvalitete života ove grupacije korisnika sustava socijalne skrbi.
Abstract (english) The prevalence of psychosocial difficulties and further increase of this global problem indicate the need to introduce new forms of support based on deinstitutionalization policies. This paper presents the results of action research conducted with people with psychosocial difficulties, where the aim is getting insight in their experience during or after applying self-empowerment interventions through the use of NLP. The conclusions are drawn from the perspective of psycho-educational group work carried out in Ludruga association that deals with mental health in community. The convenient sample of 6 participants is used in the research, while data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The qualitative analysis procedure was done through the open encoding process. The results obtained are organized according to two research questions. The first research question relates to the effects in the area of self-empowerment, gained through the experience of applying the intervention of self-empowerment, through the use of NLP, and the obtained data thus point to the achieved outputs in terms of increasing the level of self-insight, increasing personal capacity and emotional relieving. Other effects such as mindfulness approach, development of a positive attitude, benevolent approach to oneself, more assertive approach to living, and the continuation of work beyond the research related meetings are mentioned. For the second research question that examines the benefits of self-empowerment intervention through the use of NLP, data indicate that participants considered as useful gaining new knowledge and features of work mode. Participants further note the positive effects of "homework", the role of guide, and have a generally affirmative attitude on the usefulness of self-empowerment interventions through the use of NLP. It is generally concluded that participants have noticeable changes in the field of self-empowerment and that, for thorough and permanent changes at the users of social welfare system with psychosocial difficulties, it is needed to develop further the services in the community, and to improve life quality of this group of the users of social welfare system through social model- based cooperation.
