Qualitative research "Coaches' perspectives in para taekwondo" was conducted with the aim of gaining insight into the experience of coaches' work in para taekowndo training. There were three research questions. The first one aimed to get an insight into the challenges that coaches encounter in their work, second aimed to gain insight into the ways and mechanisms by which coaches are dealing with work-related difficulties and the third one provides insights into positive outcomes of training for disabled people recognized by coaches . The study included 6 coaches over the age of 18 involved in the work of para taekwondo training. The research was conducted through a semi-structured interview consisted of open type questions. Challenges that appear in the work of trainers include the coaches' profile, possibilities and features of athletes with disabilities, building relationships with athletes with disabilities, challenging in cooperation with people from the environment of people with disabilities and limited resources. They struggle to rely on their own abilities and ways of coping with difficulties related to training, they invest in training organization, educate themselves and educate others, build co-operation with other stakeholders. Positive outcomes are recognized through the advancement in the physical functioning of club members, the development of better self-image, better community involvement and better socialization of people with disabilities.
