Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada odnosi se na internalizirane poremećaje djece i adolescenata. Internalizirani poremećaji su poremećaji pretjerano kontroliranog ponašanja koji su usmjereni prema samom pojedincu. Predstavljaju velik rizik za poremećaje mentalnog zdravlja u odrasloj dobi te otežavaju normalno funkcioniranje i prilagodbu djeteta ili adolescenta. U ovom radu opisani su internalizirani poremećaji koji su najzastupljeniji u dječjoj i adolescentskoj dobi; depresivni poremećaji, anksiozni poremećaji te suicidalnost. Rad se osvrće na epidemiološke podatke, rizične čimbenike i moguće uzroke te liječenje tih poremećaja koji uključuju psihoterapiju i farmakoterapiju u skladu sa dobivenom dijagnozom te uzrastom djeteta ili adolescenta. Naglašava se važnost ranog prepoznavanja, a ono je moguće uz partnersku suradnju roditelja, odgojno obrazovnih ustanova, ali i cjelokupnog društva. Također u dječjoj i adolescentnoj psihijatriji su prognoze mnogo bolje ako se krene sa liječenjem što ranije te se osim djeteta u terapijski tretman uključe i roditelji.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this final paper is related to internalized disorders in children and adolescents. Internalized disorders are disorders excessively controled and directed toward oneself. They are at the high risk for mental disorders in adoulthood and impede normal functioning and adjustment of the child or adolescent. This paper describes internalized disorders that are most prevalent in childhood and adolescence; depressive disorders, anxiety disorders and suicide. The paper looks at epidemiological data, risk factors and possible causes and the treatment of these disorders, which include psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy in accordance with the diagnosis obtained and the age of the child or adolescent. The importance of early recognition is emphasized, which is possible with the partnership of parents, educational institutions and the whole society. Also in child and adolescent psychiatry, the prognosis is much better if treatment is started as soon as possible and parents are involved in therapeutic treatment in addition to the child.
