Abstract
Psihijatrija u zajednici stavlja naglasak na inkluziju osoba s duševnim smetnjama u njihovu sredinu te se u tu svrhu provode brojni programi koje uz ostale stručnjake mogu provoditi i socijalni radnici. Cilj ovog rada je napraviti sustavan prikaz istraživanja o programima u zajednici koji su namijenjeni osobama s duševnim smetnjama. Svrha rada je prikazati efikasnost određenih programa te stvoriti polazište za prijeko potrebna buduća istraživanja u ovom području. Područja u kojima su rezultati programa pokazali najviše pozitivnih promjena su kvaliteta života, socijalni kontakt i socijalno funkcioniranje te područje zdravstvenog stanja. Također, istraživanja postojećih programa pokazala su veću zastupljenost kvantitativnih istraživanja, na prigodnim uzorcima s osobama najčešće oboljelim od shizofrenije.
Abstract (english)
Community psychiatry highlights the inclusion of people with mental disabilities in the society, which is why a lot of programs are implemented. Those specific programs can be guided by social workers in addition to other professionals. The aim of this paper is to make a systematic overview of research on community programs intended for people with mental disabilities. The purpose of this paper is to review the effectiveness of certain programs and to create a starting point for much needed future research in this area. Areas in which the results of the program showed the most positive changes are quality of life, social contact and social functioning in addition to the area of health. Research on existing programs has shown that there is a greater prevalence of quantitative research on suitable samples with people most often suffering from schizophrenia.
