Abstract
U želji za što komfornijom svakodnevnicom skloni smo širokogrudno prigrliti najnovije tehnološke tvorevine. Autonomna vozila trebaju smanjiti stres i rizike povezane sa sigurnošću vožnje, te smo u početku prilagodbe pravne podloge za nadolazeće promjene. Odgovornost proizvođača rapidno raste, te se ovaj rad usredotočuje na izvanugovornu odgovornost proizvođača za neispravan proizvod, tj. na autonomno vozilo najviše razine autonomije na cesti, osiguranje proizvođačeve odgovornosti te predviđanja budućnosti.
