Abstract
U ovom radu obradit će se tema složenih državnih zajednica s posebnim naglaskom na Bosnu i Hercegovinu. U prvom dijelu obradit će se pojam države općenito te oblici složenih državnih zajednica među kojima će glavno mjesto imati federativni oblik. U drugom dijelu prikazana je povijest Bosne i Hercegovine kroz razdoblja koja se smatraju ključnima za njeno unutarnje uređenje kakvo danas poznajemo. Također, promatrat će se različiti aspekti Bosne i Hercegovine, kako demokratski tako i socio-ekonomski. U posljednjem dijelu fokus će biti na zaštiti ljudskih prava i temeljnih sloboda te sankcioniranju BiH zbog kršenja istih.
Abstract (english)
This thesis deals with compound states with a special emphasis on Bosnia and Herzegovina. The first part will deal with the concept of the state in general and the forms of compound states, focusing on the federative forms among them. The second part presents the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina through the periods that are considered crucial for its internal organization as we know it today. Also, various aspects of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be observed, both democratically and socio-economically. In the last part, the focus will be on protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms and also on sanctioning BiH for violating them.
