Abstract Pravo na obrazovanje zajamčeno je svim ljudima međunarodnim sustavom ljudskih prava. Obrazovanjem osoba razvija svoje mogućnosti te stječe intelektualnu, duhovnu i društvenu samostalnost. Navedeno pravo omogućuje uživanje i mnogih drugih ljudskih prava poput prava na rad. Međutim, treba znati da put u sustavima obrazovanja i zapošljavanja nije isti za sve osobe. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju kako su upravo mladi s invaliditetom jedna od najranjivijih skupina čije je zapošljavanje značajno otežano. Sukladno tome, ova skupina postiže lošije obrazovne, a potom i radne ishode za razliku od njihovih vršnjaka. Stoga, tema kojom se ovaj rad bavi jest obrazovanje i zapošljavanje osoba s invaliditetom i to na način da će se njime ukazati na značaj procesa obrazovanja kako osoba bez, tako i osoba s invaliditetom, posebice pri zapošljavanju na tržištu rada. Stoga, treba istaknuti da je ova tema jako važna jer njihovom uključenošću u ove procese ne profitiraju samo osobe s invaliditetom, već i cijelo društvo. Tu je dakako ključna i uloga socijalnih radnika kao stručnjaka. Zaključno, ova tema analizira definicije konstrukata obrazovanja i zaposlenosti te same populacije osoba s invaliditetom. Potom, ukratko prikazuje njihov položaj u ovim sustavima te važnost uključenosti u istima. Slijedom navedenog, prikazane su dosadašnje mjere koje su propisane u ovim sustavima. Kako bi se ova dva konstrukta dovela u korelaciju, objašnjena je teorija intelektualnog kapitala. Važnost ove teorije vidljiva je u tome što se njome ukazuje na stvaranje svijesti kako samo osposobljavanjem, usavršavanjem i obrazovanjem možemo utjecati na poboljšanje svog sadašnjeg položaja. Na kraju, ova teorija je primijenjena na populaciju osoba s invaliditetom. Također, dosadašnje mjere koje su prikazane u radu povezane su s navedenom teorijom.
Abstract (english) The right of education is guaranteed to all people by international system of human rights. Through education a person develops their own capabilities and acquires intellectual, spiritual and social independence. Stated right enables enjoyment of many other rights such as right to work. However, one should know that the path in education and employment systems is not the same for all people. The results of the research indicate that young people with disabilities are one of the most vulnerable groups whose employment is significantly aggravated. Accordingly, this group achieves poorer educational and then work outcomes unlike their peers. Therefore, the topic of this thesis is the education and employment of people with disabilities in a way that it will point out the importance of the education process of both people with and without disabilities, especially at employment in the labor market. Therefore, it should be pointed out that this topic is very important because through their involvement in these processes benefit not only people with disabilities, but also the whole society. The role of social workers as experts is crucial in this process. In conclusion, this topic analyzes the definitions of the constructs of education and employment and the population of people with disabilities. Then, it briefly shows their position in these systems and the importance of involvement in them. Consequently, the current measures prescribed in these systems are presented too. In order to correlate these two constructs, the theory of intellectual capital is explained. The importance of this theory is evident in the fact that it indicates the creation of awareness that only through training, development and education we can influence on the improvement of our current position. Finally, this theory has been applied to the population of people with disabilities. Also, the previous measures presented in the paper are related to the stated theory.
