Abstract
Poremećaji u prehrane javljaju se kod djevojaka u adolescenciji te predstavljaju velik problem za fizičko i psihičko zdravlje. Poremećaji hranjenja su jedan od poremećaja koji ima visoku smrtnost, koja se kreće oko 5% te se u tome očituje važnost ove teme i prepoznavanje simptoma ovih poremećaja. Cilj ovog rada je pružiti uvid u različite aspekte razvoja poremećaja hranjenja. U radu je dan prikaz bioloških, psiholoških i socijalnih čimbenika koji imaju ulogu u razvoju poremećaja u prehrani te osvrt na određena rizična ponašanja koja mogu doprinijeti razvoju poremećaja u prehrani. Rasprostranjenost i učestalost provođenja dijete i sličnih rizičnih ponašanja ne smije se zanemarivati, već pravodobno prepoznati, kako bi bilo moguće preventivno djelovati kod razvoja poremećaja.
Abstract (english)
Eating disorders are often found in adolescent girls and they are very dangerous for physical and mental health. Eating disorders have a high mortality rate, about 5%, which is why this topic is so important. The aim of this paper is to present different aspects of the development of eating disorders. Biological, psychological and social factors that are relevant for the development of eating disorders are elaborated in this paper, as well as certain risk behaviours which can lead to developing an eating disorder. Frequency and prevalence of risk behaviours, such as pursuing diet or similar risk behaviours, cannot be disregarded and it is very important to recognize early symptoms so that preventive actions could be taken.
