Abstract
Motivacija kao pokretačka snaga, teorije motivacije, strategije materijalnog i nematerijalnog stimuliranja, je li pohvala jača od prijetnje te moć motivacijskih govora. Koristi od motiviranog zaposlenika, čimbenici i značaj motivacije u javnom i privatnom sektoru, istraživanja i rezultati te usporedba faktora motivacije javnog i privatnog sektora. Ovo su neki od elemenata koji čine predmet mog istraživanja i ovog rada u kojem ću detaljnije objasniti sam razvitak pojma motivacije i što motivacija uistinu znači za zaposlenika i organizaciju u kojoj radi.
Abstract (english)
Motivation as a moving force, theories of motivation, strategies of material and non-material stimulation, whether praise is stronger than threats and the power of motivational speeches. Benefits of a motivated employee, factors and importance of motivation in the public and private sector, research and results, and comparison of motivation factors in the public and private sectors. These are some of the elements that make subject of my research and this paper, in which I will explain in more detail the very development of the concept of motivation and what motivation really means for an employee and the organization in which she/he works.
