Abstract
U ovom će se radu obrađivati tematika depresivnog poremećaja pri čemu će se obuhvatiti tematska područja prevalencije, kliničke slike i simptomatologije, diferencijalne dijagnostike te mjernih instrumenata koje se koriste u suvremeno doba. Navest će se karakteristike pojavnosti ovog psihičkog poremećaja s obzirom na razvojno razdoblje u kojem se javlja s posebnim naglaskom na rano djetinjstvo, predškolsko i školsko doba te razlike između pojavnosti u djetinjstvu i odrasloj dobi. Uz to, obradit će se tematika roditeljskog odnosa i suicidalnosti kao važnih komponenti kada se govori o temi depresije. Na kraju će biti navedeni oblici liječenja, odnosno terapije uz isticanje važnosti pomažućih profesija kroz te procese.
Abstract (english)
Mental disorder of depression is the main topic of this work, including the thematic areas of prevlalence, clinical picture and sympthomatology, differential diagnosis and measuring instruments used in modern times. The characteristics of the occurence of this psychological will be stated with the regard to the developmental period in which occurs, with special emphasis on early childhood, preschool and school age and differences between the occurance in childhood and adulthood. In addition, the topics of parental relationship and suicidality will be discussed as important components when talking about depression. At the end, forms of treatment and therapy will be listed, emphasizing the importance of helping professions through these processes.
