Abstract
U radu se obrađuje pravo na dividendu u društvima kapitala. Rad analizira korake koji prethode odluci o isplati dividende, kao i nadležnost organa društva u tom procesu. Razmatraju se uvjeti pod kojima članovi društva ostvaraju pravo na dividendu, uključujući posebne situacije poput zakašnjenja s isplatom, mogućnosti pobijanja odluke o neisplati dividende i oporezivanje dividendi. ve društva
Abstract (english)
The theme of the papir is the right to dividends in capital companies. The paper analyzes the steps that precede the decision to pay dividends, as well as the competence of the company's bodies in that process. The conditions under which members of the company exercise their right to dividends are discussed, including specific situations such as late payment, the possibility of contesting the decision on non-payment of dividends and taxation of dividends.
