Abstract
Zakon o upravnim sporovima u svojim odredbama kao jedan od ciljeva propisuje osiguravanje sudske zaštite prava i pravnih interesa fizičkih i pravnih osoba i drugih stranaka koja su povrijeđena pojedinačnim odlukama javnopravnih tijela ili njihovim postupanjem. Spomenuta zaštita nastoji se osigurati u okviru upravnog spora pred upravnim sudom. No, u slučaju da je strankama potrebna zaštita u pogledu presude koju je donio upravni sud, istu će moći ostvariti preko pravnih lijekova. Cilj rada je opisati što je to upravni spor, njegovi sastavni dijelovi, te koji su pravni lijekovi dostupni strankama i u kojim slučajevima se oni mogu koristiti.
Abstract (english)
The Law on Administrative Disputes, in its provisions, prescribes as one of the goals the provision of judicial protection of the rights and legal interests of natural and legal persons and other parties who have been harmed by individual decisions of public law bodies or their actions. The mentioned protection is attempted to be ensured within the framework of an administrative dispute before an administrative court. However, in the event that the parties need protection with regard to the judgment passed by the administrative court, they will be able to achieve it through legal remedies. The aim of the paper is to describe what an administrative dispute is, its constituent parts, and which legal remedies are available to the parties and in which cases they can be used.
