Abstract Cilj ovog završnog rada koji sam odabrala iz predmeta osnove Europskog pravo je Sud EU – sastav i nadležnost, te ću kroz završi rad obraditi tu temu i pojasniti sastav i nadležnost Suda EU kao i njegovu ulogu koja je ključna za funkcioniranje Europske unije, ali i poštivanje prava, te ću opisati ključne postupke pred sudom kojih je ima šest. .Sud Europske unije osnovan je 1952.g., a njegova glavna uloga je da osigurava da se pravo EU-a jednako tumači i primjenjuje u svim zemljama EU-a, osigurava da zemlje i institucije EU-a poštuju pravo EU-a, a sjedište suda je u Luxembourgu. Današnji sastav suda Europske unije je da se sastoji od Suda i Općeg suda, dok je prije postojao i Službenički sud preimenovan Lisabonsikim ugovorom, te osnovan 2005.g. i ukinut 2016. godine. Njegova zadaća je bila da rješava sporove iz radnih odnosa i imao je 7 sudaca, koji su se birali sustavom rotacije. Sud Europske unije osnovan je 1952.g., a njegova glavna uloga je da osigurava da se pravo EU-a jednako tumači i primjenjuje u svim zemljama EU-a, osigurava da zemlje i institucije EU-a poštuju pravo EU-a, a sjedište suda je u Luxembourgu. Današnji sastav suda Europske Unije je da se sastoji od Suda i Općeg suda, dok je prije postojao i Službenički sud te osnovan 2005.g. i njegova zadaća je bila da rješava sporove iz radnih odnosa i imao je 7 sudaca, koji su se birali sustavom rotacije. Sud Europske Unije čine po jedan sudac iz svake države članice, danas 28 članova i 11 nezavisnih odvjetnika, i njih imenuje Europsko vijeće u kojem su zastupljene vlade država članica jednoglasno na 6 godina. Taj će broj 2019. narasti na 56 (po dva suca iz svake zemlje EU-a). Sud Europske unije tumači pravo EU-a kako bi se osigurala njegova ujednačena primjena u svim državama članicama EU-a te rješava pravne sporove između nacionalnih vlada i institucija EU-a.
Abstract (english) The aim of this final thesis that I have chosen from the subject of European law is the Court of Justice - Composition and Jurisdiction. rights, and I will describe the key proceedings before the court of which there are six. The Court of Justice of the European Union was established in 1952 and its main role is to ensure that EU law is equally interpreted and applied in all EU countries, to ensure that EU countries and institutions respect EU law, and the seat of the court is in Luxembourg. The current composition of the Court of Justice of the European Union is to be composed of the Court of Justice and the General Court, while before it existed, the Civil Service Tribunal was renamed the Treaty of Lisbon and established in 2005. and abolished in 2016. His job was to resolve labor disputes and he had 7 judges, who were elected by the rotation system. The Court of Justice of the European Union was established in 1952 and its main role is to ensure that EU law is equally interpreted and applied in all EU countries, to ensure that EU countries and institutions respect EU law the court law in Luxsembourg. Today’s composition of the Court of the Justice of the European Union is made up of the Court of Justice, and General Court whereas before it existed the Civil Service Tribunal and was established in 2005. and his job was to resolve labor disputes and he had 7 judges, who were elected by the rotation system. The Court of Justice European Union is made up of one judge from each Member State, now 28 members and 11 independent lawyers, and is appointed by the European Council, which represents the governments of the Member States unanimously for a term of six years. The number will rise to 56 in 2019 (the judge from each EU country.). The Court of Justice interprets EU law to ensure its uniform application in all Member States and resolves legal disputes between national governments and EU institutions.
