Abstract
Predmet ovog završnog rada je proučavanje na temelju kojih propisa je Hrvatski Crveni križ osnovan, koji su propisi relevantni za njegovo djelovanje te definiranje ustrojstvenog oblika kojem pripada. Također, osim pravnog aspekta djelovanja prikazan je i praktičan primjer financijskog poslovanja sa konkretnim podacima Hrvatskog Crvenog križa Gradskog društva Crvenog križa Virovitica.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this final paper is to explain, on what basic regulations the Croatian Red Cross was founded, what regulations are needed for its operational proces, and to define wich organizational form it belongs. Also, except legal aspect of work of Croatian Red Cross, it is shown a practical example based concrete data.
