Abstract
Sport je neupitno jedan od fenomena današnjeg, modernog svijeta. Sport je prisutan u svim razinama društva i kulture. Taj fenomen se nalazi posvuda u čovjekovom okruženju. Postoji velik broj poznatih sportskih reklama koji se odnose na prehrambenu, modnu, tekstilnu i druge industrije. Cilj toga je stvoriti emocije u čovjeku koje se povezuju sa sportom. Također, sport se razvija kao pojam u svim znanostima, pa tako i u pravu. Nije prošlo mnogo vremena otkako je nastalo sportsko pravo, a ono napreduje do danas. Sportsko pravo je nužno u sportu zbog velikog broja nejasnoća i sporova. Sport je velika industrija, a sportašima je važno da se mogu slobodno kretati, kao i drugi radnici i da je njihov radno pravni status koristan za njih. Svrha ovog rada je analizirati radno pravni status profesionalnih nogometaša.
Abstract (english)
Sport is unquestionably one of the phenomena of today’s, modern world. Sport is present at all levels of society and culture. This phenomenon is found everywhere in the human environment. There are a number of well-known sports advertisements related to the food, fashion, textile and other industries. The goal is to create emotions in a person that are associated with sports. Also, sport is developing as a concept in all sciences, including law. It hasn't been long since sports law came into being, and it's progressing to this day. Sports law is necessary in sports because of the large number of ambiguities and disputes. Sport is a large industry, and it is important for athletes to be able to move freely, as well as other workers, and that their employment status is beneficial to them. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the employment status of professional footballers.
