Abstract
Predmet ovog rada je ustavna tužba kao posebno i dodatno sredstvo zaštite Ustavom zajamčenih ljudskih prava i temeljnih sloboda od strane Ustavnog suda kao posebnog tijela izvan sustava redovnog pravosuđa. Svatko može podnijeti ustavnu tužbu Ustavnom sudu, ako smatra da su pojedinačnim aktom državnog tijela, tijela jedinice lokalne ili regionalne samouprave ili pravne osobe s javnim ovlastima prekršena ljudska prava ili temeljne slobode zajamčene Ustavom. Zaštita ljudskih prava i temeljnih sloboda zajamčenih Ustavom, u postupcima ustavnog sudovanja, jedna je od najvažnijih nadležnosti Ustavnog suda Republike Hrvatske, uz kontrolu ustavnosti i zakonitosti zakona i drugih propisa.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this work is a constitutional complaint as a special and additional means of protection of the constitutionally guaranteed human rights and fundamental freedoms by the Constitutional court as a special body outside the system of ordinary judiciary. Anyone may lodge a constitutional complaint with the Constitutional court, if they consider that an individual act by a state authority, a unit of local or regional self-government, or a legal person with public powers has violated human rights or fundamental freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution. The protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution in constitutional action proceedings is one of the most important jurisdictions of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Croatia, in addition to the control over the constitutionality and legality of laws and other regulations.
