Abstract
Policijski službenici, djelatnici Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova predstavljaju jednu od temeljnih djelatnosti društva koja služi u svrhu zaštite života, prava i sigurnosti građana te niz drugih poslova i ovlasti koje su uređene Zakonom o policiji, Zakon o policijskim ovlastima i drugim Zakonima i propisima u svrhu osiguranja mira i sigurnosti. Osnovna svrha rada je prikazati specifičnost rada policijskih službenika, općenito o policijskim službenicama, temeljni pojmovi vezani uz policijske službenike i njihove ovlasti, zatim u teoretskom dijelu rada definirati i pojasniti pojmove vezane za lakše i teže povrede službene dužnosti te pojedine institucije zadužene za njihovo procesuiranje. U završnom dijelu rada bit će prikazani pojedini slučajevi iz prakse na primjeru lakše i teže povrede službene dužnosti.
Abstract (english)
Police officers, employees of the Ministry of the Interiori represent a part of the basic duties of society that serve the purpose of protecting life, rights and the security of citizens as well as a number of other tasks and responsibilities that are regulated by Police Laws, the Law on Police powers, including other laws and regulations for the purpose of ensuring peace and security. The main purpose of the paper is to show the work of police officers in great detail. A general description of police officers, the basic concepts related to police officers and their powers. Following that comes the theoretical part of the paper which defines and clarifies concepts related to minor and serious breaches of official duties and individual institutions. In the final part of the paper, individual cases from practice and experience will be presented on the examples of a minor and serious breach of official duty.
