Abstract
Osobe s invaliditetom su oduvijek u nejednakom položaju sa populacijom koja nema invaliditet. U tu svrhu, donose se brojni pravni dokumenti kojima se oni nastoje zaštiti, kao i njihova prava. U tim pravnim dokumentima, veliki se naglasak stavlja na obrazovanje, obzirom da je ono jedan od prediktora ulaska u društvo i svijet rada. Iako bi obrazovanje trebalo biti jednako dostupno za svu djecu, ono to nije. Djeca s teškoćama u razvoju susreću se sa brojnim problemima i poteškoćama pri ulasku u odgojno – obrazovni svijet. Veliki naglasak stavlja se na inkluziju, odnosno uključivanje osoba s invaliditetom, kako u društvo, tako i u obrazovanje. Također, donosi se perspektiva socijalnog rada u odnosu na inkluziju i društvenu stigmatizaciju osoba s invaliditetom. Osim spomenute problematike, u ovom radu će se iznijeti rezultati istraživanja koje se provelo u Udruzi za osobe s invaliditetom ''Bubamara'' u Vinkovcima.
Abstract (english)
People with disabilities have always been in an unequal position compared to the non-disabled population. To this end, a number of legal documents were adopted to protect their rights. In these legal documents, great emphasis is placed on education, as it is one of the requirements to be fully integrated in society and the labour market. While education should be equally accessible to all children, it is not. Children with disabilities face numerous problems and difficulties in entering the educational world. Particular emphasis is put on inclusion of persons with disabilities in society and in education. In this thesis, we include a perspective of social work in relation to the inclusion and social stigmatization of persons with disabilities. In addition to the mentioned issues, this thesis will present the results of research conducted in the Association for Persons with Disabilities "Bubamara" in Vinkovci.
