Abstract
Današnje društvo je sve svjesnije problema niske zaposlenosti osoba s invaliditetom. Mnogim međunarodnim dokumentima se jamči pravo na rad osoba s invaliditetom te se potiče zapošljavanje osoba s invaliditetom i njihova integracija u društvo. RH mnogim propisima nastoji osigurati provođenje ovoga temeljnog ljudskog prava osobama s invaliditetom. U ovome radu ću se posvetiti pravnom okviru Republike Hrvatske i načinima provođenja prava osoba s invaliditetom na rad. Svrha pravnog okvira jest poštivanje prava na zapošljavanje osoba s invaliditetom. Cilj ovoga rada jest prikazati pravni okvir u kojem se uređuje zapošljavanje osoba s invaliditetom u Republici Hrvatskoj i njihovo provođenje u praksi. U tu svrhu će se prikazati međunarodni i nacionalni pravni okvir detaljnije će se objasniti ulogu centra za profesionalnu rehabilitaciju, načine i mjere zapošljavanje osoba s invaliditetom, mišljenje poslodavaca o zapošljavanju osoba s invaliditetom i pozitivne primjere u praksi, odnosno poslodavce koji zapošljavaju veći broj osoba s invaliditetom i potiču njihovu integraciju u društvo.
Abstract (english)
Today's society is increasingly aware of the problem of low employment of people with disabilities. Many international instruments guarantee the right to work of persons with disabilities and encourage the employment of persons with disabilities and their integration into society. The Republic of Croatia seeks to ensure the implementation of this fundamental human right of persons with disabilities through many regulations. In this paper, I will focus on the legal framework of the Republic of Croatia and ways to implement the right of persons with disabilities to work. The purpose of the legal framework is to respect the right to employment of persons with disabilities. The aim of this paper is to present the legal framework that regulates the employment of persons with disabilities in the Republic of Croatia and their implementation in practice. For this purpose, the international and national legal framework will be presented, the role of the vocational rehabilitation center, ways and measures of employment of persons with disabilities, the opinion of employers on the employment of persons with disabilities and positive examples in practice, ie employers who employ more people with disabilities. disability and encourage their integration into society.
