ePorezna - Jedinstveni portal Porezne uprave (JPPU), is the central point from which the electronic services of The Tax Administration are accessed. In order to be able to use ePorezna, it is necessary to own an electronic credential for the NIAS system. Depending on the taxpayer category and the electronic service that is accessed, various levels of access of NIAS credentials are needed. Citizens can become members of ePorezna by logging in through e-Građani system while business subjects have to register. Users of ePorezna do not have to be taxpayers that use the electronic services of The Tax Administration, but they can also be taxpayers’ assignees. In order to become users of ePorezna, assignees have to be given access through an authorization system (Administration). All users can control authorizations for themselves as citizens, as craftsman or as legal entities which they represent. Control of authorization encompasses assignment, change and suspension of another person’s authorization to use the electronic services of The Tax Administration. If the taxpayer does not own a NIAS credential or does not want to use the ability to control authorizations of ePorezna, they can authorize another person to use ePorezna in their stead through an authorization form. Authorized person receives the authorization to use ePorezna in another person’s stead by having an official from The Tax Administration pass an authorization form through the system for authorization control of ePorezna.
