Abstract
U ovom završnom radu će se prezentirati važnost korištenja EU fondova, mogućnosti Republike Hrvatske u korištenju EU fondova kroz pretpristupno razdoblje te nakon ulaska u punopravno članstvo Europske unije, način pristupanja EU fondovima, struktura EU fondova, glavne karakteristike pojedine vrste EU fondova. Ujedno, u radu se izlaže o zakonodavnom okviru Republike Hrvatske za provedbu projekata putem EU fondova, pravilima koja vrijede za pojedine vrste EU fondova, te o postupku pripreme projekta. Temelj za kvalitetan i uspješan projekt jesu stručno osposobljeni ljudi koji raspolažu informacijama, iskustvom i praktičnim znanjem o prijavnim procedurama i pripremi dokumentacije za natječaj. Potporu EU fondova dobiva onaj program koji je u skladu s europskim i nacionalnim prioritetima, a kojim se ostvaruju ciljevi zacrtani u programskim dokumentima.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper author will present the importance of using EU funds, Croatian possibilities for using EU funds through the pre-accession period and after accession to the European Union, how to access EU funds, the structure of EU funds, main characteristics of individual types of EU funds. At the same time, the paper presents the legislative framework of the Republic of Croatian for the implementation of projects through EU funds, the rules applicable to individual types of EU funds, and the process of project preparation. The basis for quality and successful project are professionally trained people who have information, experience and practical knowledge about the notification procedures and the preparation of documents for competition.
