Abstract
U ovom završnom radu, obrađuje se uloga i učinkovitost sustava socijalne skrbi u RH. Socijalna skrb u RH regulirana je Zakonom o socijalnoj skrbi, koji uređuje djelatnosti socijalne skrbi, ustanove socijalne skrbi te kako se one financiraju. Govori tko su korisnici socijalne skrbi, koja su njihova prava i koji su postupci za njihovo ostvarivanje. Rad analizira i učinkovitost sustava socijalne skrbi, a istraživanje je provedeno u Centru za nestalu i zlostavljanu djecu na temelju mentorskog programa. Cilj je bio ispitati učinkovitost mentorskih programa nad djecom s problemima u ponašanju i koliko takav program doprinosi djeci. Istraživanje je osim djece, uključivalo i mentore koji su sudjelovali u programu. Metodom analize i sinteze korištene dokumentacije (iskustva djece, mentora, psihologa, socijalnih pedagoga i odgajatelja) koja govori o učinkovitosti provedbe mentorskog programa, koji su pokazali, kako je mentorski program bio učinkovit za 69% djece, dok ostalih 31% djece odlučila su napustit samovoljno program prije samog završetka mentorskog programa.
Abstract (english)
This final paper deals with the role and effectiveness of the social welfare system in the Republic of Croatia. Social welfare in the Republic of Croatia is regulated by Social welfare Act. This Act regulates social welfare activity, financing of social welfare, rights and procedures for their exercising and beneficiaries. This final paper analysis and effectiveness of the social welfare system. Research was conducted in Center for missing and exploited children. The goal was to examine effectivenes of mentoring program. The research includes children with behaviour problems and mentors who participate in a mentoring program. Using the method of analysis and synthesis of the documentation used (experiences of children, mentors, psychologists, social pedagogues and educators) which deals with the effectiveness of the mentoring program, which showed that the mentoring program was effective for 69% of children, while the remaining 31% decided to leave the program arbitrary before the very end of the mentoring program.
