Abstract
Ovim radom obraditi ćemo temu najvažnijeg i najizdašnijeg prihoda u državi, poreza. Kada govorimo o porezima koji se tiču imovine odmah nam je svima na prvom mjestu porez na promet nekretninama. Porezni sustavi različiti su od zemlje do zemlje ali ipak oporezivanje nekretnina ima visoku ulogu u svakom modernom poreznom sustavu. Republika Hrvatska u oporezivanju nekretnina primitke koje uplaćuju porezni obveznici dijeli na one između onih koji se plaćaju u proračun lokalnih samouprava i onih koji se plaćaju u državni proračun. Radom ćemo proći kroz povijesni dio razvoja poreza na nekretnine. Obraditi ćemo sve temeljne pojmove i oblike poreza na nekretnine te ćemo proći kroz sami proces određivanja poreza na promet nekretninama.
Abstract (english)
In this work, we will deal with the topic of the most important and generous revenue in the state, taxes. When we talk about property taxes, the tax on real estate transactions comes first to all of us. Tax systems is different from country to country, but real estate taxation has a high role in any modern tax system. In real estate taxation, the Republic of Croatia divides the receipts paid by taxpayers between those paid into the budget of local self-governments and those paid into the state budget. We will go through the historical part of the development of real estate taxes. We will cover all the basic terms and forms of real estate tax and we will also go through the process of determining real estate sales tax.
