Abstract
Ovaj rad odnosi se na odgoj i obrazovanje djece s poremećajem iz spektra autizma (PSA). Poremećaj iz spektra autizma je kompleksni neurološki poremećaj koji značajno utječe na razvoj socijalnih, komunikacijskih i ponašajnih vještina djeteta. Cilj rada je pružiti uvid u specifične potrebe djece s poremećajem iz spektra autizma te raspraviti strategije i pristupe koji su djelotvorni u njihovom odgoju i obrazovanju. Rad se fokusira na važnosti inkluzivnog pristupa u školama, koji podrazumijeva prilagodbu okoline i podršku učenicima s poremećajem iz spektra autizma, kako bi se osigurala njihova participacija u redovnim obrazovnim aktivnostima. Također se ističe uloga multidisciplinarnog tima koji uključuje roditelje, učitelje, stručnjake za poremećaj iz spektra autizma, socijalne radnike, logopede i druge stručnjake u pružanju podrške djetetu. Strategije koje su važne u odgoju i obrazovanju djece s poremećajem iz spektra autizma uključuju individualizirane programe rada, vizualna pomagala, strukturirane rutine, socijalne vještine i podršku u komunikaciji. Također se ističe važnost kontinuirane edukacije učitelja i stručnih osoba koje rade s djecom s poremećajem iz spektra autizma kako bi se osigurala pravilna primjena strategija i pristupa. Zaključno, ovaj rad naglašava potrebu za razumijevanjem i podrškom djeci s poremećajem iz spektra autizma u odgojno-obrazovnom sustavu. Uključivanje djece s poremećajem iz spektra autizma u inkluzivno okruženje, prilagođeni programi rada i podrška multidisciplinarnog tima ključni su faktori koji pridonose njihovom uspješnom odgoju i obrazovanju.
Abstract (english)
This paper focuses on the upbringing and education of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Autism Spectrum Disorder is a complex neurological disorder that significantly impacts the development of a child's social, communication, and behavioral skills. The aim of this paper is to provide insights into the specific needs of children with ASD and discuss effective strategies and approaches in their upbringing and education. The paper focuses on the importance of inclusive practices in schools, which involve adapting the environment and providing support to students with ASD to ensure their participation in regular educational activities. It also highlights the role of a multidisciplinary team, including parents, teachers, autism specialists, social workers, speech therapists, and other professionals, in providing support to the child. Strategies that are important in the upbringing and education of children with ASD include individualized work programs, visual aids, structured routines, social skills, and communication support. The paper also emphasizes the importance of ongoing education for teachers and professionals working with children with ASD to ensure the proper implementation of strategies and approaches. In conclusion, this paper emphasizes the need for understanding and support for children with ASD within the educational system. The inclusion of children with ASD in inclusive environments, tailored work programs, and support from a multidisciplinary team are key factors that contribute to their successful upbringing and education.
