Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je prikazati porezni sustav Republike Hrvatske s naglaskom na posebne poreze i trošarine, posebice posebni porez na motorna vozila iz nadležnosti Carinske uprave. S obzirom na vrijeme u kojem živimo i na otvorenost granica unutar Europske unije, sve je više uvoza motornih vozila. Zbog toga je u radu posebna pozornost posvećena prikazu kada nastaje porezna obveza, koja su motorna vozila predmet oporezivanja, te koliki su porezi i način njihova izračuna. Rad je prikazan u pet međusobno povezanih poglavlja.
Abstract (english)
Aim of this paper is to show the tax system of Republic Croatia with accent on special taxes and excise duties, especially the extra tax on motor vehicles under jurisdiction of Customs Administration. Considering the time we live in and the openness of borders in the Europen Union, there are more imported vehicles. Because of that in this paper special attention is on the display when there is tax obligation, which motor vehicles are a subject to taxation, how hight are the taxes and the method of calculation. The paper is shown in five mutually connected chapters.
