Abstract
U radu će se analizirati prava osoba s invaliditetom u Republic Hrvatskoj. U uvodnom dijelu rada bit će prikazana kratka povijest osoba s invaliditetom, njihov položaj u društvu i sama definicija invaliditeta i osobe s invaliditetom. Središnji dio rada detaljno će prikazati pravni okvir prava osoba s invaliditetom. Prikazat će se međunarodni pravni okvir koji se sastoji od Konvencije o pravima osoba s invaliditetom i Deklaracije o pravima osoba s invaliditetom, a poseban naglasak bit će na nacionalnom pravnom okviru. Napravit će se prikaz sedam zakona koji su posebno važni za osobe s invaliditetom iz hrvatskog zakonodavstva. Uz prikaz zakona bit će navedene i prava i usluge iz sustava socijalne skrbi. U završnom dijelu radu navest će se pravobranitelj za osobe s invaliditetom, njegova funkcija i sam način rada. Rad završava sa zaključkom u kojem će se sumirati sve bitne spoznaje iz središnjeg dijela.
Abstract (english)
The paper will analyse the rights of persons with disabilities in the Republic of Croatia. In the introductory part of the paper, a brief history of persons with disabilities, their position in society and the very definition of disability and persons with disabilities will be presented. The central part of the work will present in detail the legal framework of the rights of persons with disabilities. The international legal framework consisting of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Declaration on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities will be presented, and special emphasis will be placed on the national legal framework. Seven laws from the Croatian legislation that are particularly important for people with disabilities will be presented. Along with the presentation of the law, rights and services from the social welfare system will be listed. In the final part of the work, the ombudsman for persons with disabilities, his function and the way of working will be mentioned. The paper ends with a conclusion summarizing all the important findings from the central part.
