Abstract
Predmet rada odnosi se na vođenje javnih poduzeća u kojima je važna transparentnost u donošenju odluka kao i samog poslovanja, a sve kako bi se osiguralo povjerenje građana i javnosti. Vođenje ima značajnu ulogu u uspjehu svake organizacije. Za mnoge autore najbitniji element vođenja je sposobnost utjecaja na druge. Bez sposobnog vođe, koji mora posjedovati potrebne osobine, nema uspješnog vođenja. Temeljne vještine vodstva utječu na zaposlenike preko kojih se postiže poslovni cilj poduzeća.... More Vodstvo obuhvaća donošenje odluka, motiviranje drugih, učinkovito komuniciranje, postavljanje jasnih ciljeva i praćenje njihovog ostvarenja, utjecaj, te inspiriranje drugih. Postoje različiti stilovi vođenja i to od potpune autokracije, pa sve do potpune tolerancije. Svaki od načina može se primijeniti u određenim situacijama, ovisno o okolnostima i potrebama poduzeća. Sposobnost vođenja timova kroz promjene, poticanje suradnje i rješavanje konflikata ključna je za stvaranje i održavanje uspjeha i konkurentnosti javnog poduzeća kao i bilo koje organizacije. Javno poduzeće HEP ODS, Elektroslavonija Osijek sa svojim dugogodišnjim iskustvom vođenja jedan je od uspješnih primjera kako bi jedno veliko državno poduzeće trebalo funkcionirati. Abstract (english)
The subject of the work refers to the management of public enterprises in which transparency is important in decision-making as well as in the business itself, all in order to ensure the trust of citizens and the public. Management plays a significant role in the success of any organization. For many authors, the most important element of management is the ability to influence others. Without a capable leader, who must possess the necessary qualities, there is no successful management.... More Basic leadership skills affect the employees through whom the business goal of the enterprises is achieved. Leadership includes decision-making, motivating others, effective communication, setting clear goals and monitoring their achievement, influencing and inspiring others. There are different management styles, from complete autocracy to complete tolerance. Each of the methods can be applied in certain situations, depending on the circumstances and needs of the enterprises. The ability to lead teams through change, encourage collaboration and resolve conflicts is key to creating and maintaining the success and competitiveness of a public enterprises as well as any organization. The public enterprises HEP ODS, Elektroslavonija Osijek, with its many years of management experience, is one of the successful examples of how a large state-owned enterprises should function.
