Abstract
Predmet rada je pranje novca. Usko isprepletena s najvišim instancama politike, kao i moćnog bankarskog sektora, ova tema uvijek je aktualna i intrigantna. Proučavanjem stručne literature, analizom zakonskih akata, kojima se regulira sprječavanje pranja novca te praćenjem problematike prikazane u stručnim člancima, dolazi se do zaključka kako je u praksi gotovo nemoguće u potpunosti iskorijeniti ovaj problem.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the paper is money laundering. Closely interwoven with the highest instances of politics as well as the powerful banking sector, this theme is always current and intriguing. Studying professional literature and analysis of legal acts regulating in which the prevention of money laundering and monitoring issues are presented in the professional articles, it comes to the conclusion that in practice is almost impossible to completely eradicate this problem.
