Abstract
U radu se analiziraju povrede službene dužnosti u sustavu hrvatskog službeničkog prava. Uvodno se definiraju pojmovi državnog službenika i službene dužnosti kako bi se jasnije mogle raščlaniti normirane povrede državne službe. Pored prikaza lakih i teških povreda službene dužnosti, posebna pozornost posvećena je utvrđivanju odgovornosti državnog službenika, propisanim kaznama za povrede službene dužnosti, kao i postupovnim pravilima koje regulira zakon o državnim službenicima.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes violations of official duty in the system of Croatian civil rights. Definitions of civil servants and official duties are defined in order to clarify the standardized civil service violations. In addition to the presentation of light and serious violations of official duties, special attention is devoted to defining civil servants liability, prescribed punishment for violations of official duties, as well as procedural rules governed by the Civil Servants Act.
