Abstract
Ovim završnim radom će se opisati način ishođenja građevinske dozvole, sudjelovanja stranaka u postupku te zakonodavni okvir za ishođenje građevinske dozvole. Predmet rada jest primjena upravnog postupka u praski. Metode i zaključci do koji se došlo korištene su uvidom u konkretne spise upravnog tijela nadležnog za izdavanja građevinske dozvole u prvom stupnju te kroz razgovor sa starijim i iskusnijim službenicima koji su prošli nekoliko takvih postupaka kroz nekoliko izmjena resornih zakona unazad pedeset godina. U završnom dijelu rada nekoliko riječi biti će o građevinskoj inspekciji i prekršajnim odredbama.
Abstract (english)
This article will be described the way of obtaining the building premit, participation of neighbors in the process and the legislative framework for obtaining a building permit. The subject of this work is the application of administrative procedure in practice. Methods and conclusions to be made were used by insight into the specific records of the administrative body responsible for issuing building permits in the first instance and by interviewing older and experienced civil servants who have undergone several such proceedings through several changes of the applicable law for fifty years. In the final part of the work, a few words will be about construction inspection and misdemeanor provisions.
