Abstract
Rad započinje definiranjem odnosa ustavnog prava i politike čija su zajednička poveznica pravne norme kojim se uređuju političke institucije i tijela državne vlasti. U uvodnom dijelu također se detaljnije razrađuju norme kojima se uređuju međusobni odnosi čovjeka i građanina te se govori o pravnim normama koje su temelj zakonske regulacije djelovanja tijela državne vlasti. Središnji dio rada bavi se strukturom i sadržajem Ustava Republike Hrvatske od njegova donošenja 22. prosinca 1990., do njegovih izmjena 1997., 2000., 2001., 2010. i 2013. godine. Posljednji dio rada bavi se samom strukturom i sadržajem Ustava Nizozemske i Ustava Sjedinjenih Američkih Država. Na koji način su ustavne norme razradile problematiku diobe vlasti prikazati ćemo na primjeru Ustava Republike Hrvatske, Ustava Nizozemske i Ustava Sjedinjenih Američkih Država.
Abstract (english)
Paper begins by defining relationship between Constitutional Law and politics which are a common link between legal norms governing the political institutions and bodies of state power. The introductory section also elaborates in more detail the norms governing the mutual relations of man and citizen, and discusses the legal norms that are the basis of the legal regulation of the activities of state authorities. The central part of the work deals with the structure and content of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia since its adoption on December 22, 1990, until it's amendments in 1997, 2000, 2001, 2010. and 2013. The last part of the paper deals with the very structure and content of the Constitution of the Netherlands and the United States Constitution. In what way the constitutional norms elaborated on the issue of the divisions of the government, we will present the example of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia, the Constitution of the Netherlands and the United States Constitution.
