Abstract
Ovaj rad se bavi tematikom čimbenika delinkventnog ponašanja i daje pregled osnovnih etioloških teorija i faktora koji doprinose delinkventnom ponašanju. Kriminološka etiologija veoma je složena, multidisciplinarna grana znanosti i teško je konkretno odgovoriti na određena pitanja koja se pred nju postavljaju, ali postoje određeni zaključci koji se mogu u cijelosti ili djelomično prihvatiti. Mnoge grane znanosti nastojale su dati svoj doprinos objašnjenju kriminaliteta kao društvene pojave i delinkventnog ponašanja pojedinca, pa ćemo se u ovome radu osvrnuti na antropološke, biološke, psihološke i sociološke koncepcije kažnjivog ponašanja i devijantnosti. Svaka na svoj način interpretira proces nastajanja zločina i daje objašnjenja zašto i kako do toga dolazi. Međutim, teško je prihvatiti razloge samo jedne ili nekih od koncepcija iz razloga što daju prevalentnu ulogu samo nekom ili nekim od kriminogenih faktora, zapostavljajući ostale.
Abstract (english)
This thesis is about etiology of delinquent behaviour and gives a review of some of the etiological theories and factors that contribute to the genesis of delinquent behaviour. Criminal etiology is very complex, multidisciplinary branch of science and it's hard to give the correct answer to some of the questions which are placed before it, but there are some conclusions which we can partially or entirely rely on. Many branches of science gave contribution to criminology by trying to explain criminality as a social phenomenon and delinquent behaviour of a single person, so we will review some of the anthropological, biological, psychological and sociological concepts of criminal behaviour and deviance. Every concept interprets the process of criminogenesis in it's own way. However, it's hard to accept some of the reasons and concepts because they focus too much on one of the criminogenic factors, neglecting others.
