Abstract
Predmet ovog rada je upoznavanje s upravnim postupkom u Republici Hrvatskoj i zakonom koji ga uređuje, ponajviše u okviru pravnih lijekova. U prvom dijelu rada ukratko se obrađuje Zakon o općem upravnom postupku , njegova načela i osobe koje sudjeluju u upravnom postupku. Drugi dio rada obrađuje pravne lijekove u upravnom postupku.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis is the introduction into the administrative procedure in Republic of Croatia, as well as the law which prescribes it, with the main focus on legal remedies. In the first part of the thesis, Law on Administrative Procedure, it’s key principles as well as persons who take part in administrative procedure are briefly elaborated. Second part of the thesis elaborates legal remedies in administrative procedure.
