Abstract
Obrađena tema u diplomskom radu, odnosi se na jednu od četiri glavnih sloboda unutar Europske unije; slobodu kretanja kapitala i razvoj Monetarne Unije. Misao vodilja za izbor ove teme bio je ulazak Republike Hrvatske u Europsku Uniju, što je omogućilo slobodno kretanje kapitala građanima Republike Hrvatske unutar Europskih zemljama. Drugi razlog za odabir teme tendencija je državne politike prema uvođenju eura kao nacionalne valute. Kao istraživačku metodu na zadanu temu korišteni su znanstveni radovi stručnjaka, te knjige na temu monetarnog suvereniteta i temeljnih sloboda kretanja u Europskoj Uniji. Diplomski rad je dopunjen prikupljenim podacima sa internetskih stranica i službenih dokumenata.
Abstract (english)
Topics covered in the thesis, refer to one of the four main freedoms in the European Union; free movement of capital and the development of the Monetary Union. The guiding principle for the selection of this topic was Croatia becoming the member state of the European Union, which facilitated free movement of capital of the citizens of the Republic of Croatia within the market of the European Union. Another reason was the tendency of the state policy towards the adoption of the euro as the national currency. To research on this subject scientific articles, experts books on monetary sovereignty and the main freedoms of movement in the European Union have been used. Additionally, website research and analysis of official documents has also been done for the purpose of collecting more data on the topic.
