Abstract
Ovaj rad obrađuje temu sigurnosnih mjera koje su dio hrvatskog kaznenog prava, a regulirane su u glavi V. Kaznenog zakona. U radu se polazi od povijesnog razvoja sigurnosnih mjera, a potom se iznosi detaljan opis njihove promjene kroz izmjene Kaznenog zakona. Nadalje se opisuje pojam sigurnosnih mjera te njihova svrha. Zatim se analizira svaka sigurnosna mjera pojedinačno s osvrtom na pozitivne i negativne aspekte modulacija u Kaznenom zakonu. Radi iscrpnijeg prikaza implementacije, odnosno ukazivanja na moguću problematiku, prolazi se kroz primjere iz sudske prakse te izvješća Ministarstva pravosuđa Republike Hrvatske. Naposljetku autor iznosi vlastito mišljenje o tematici i na temelju provedenog istraživanja donosi zaključak.
Abstract (english)
This diploma paper deals with security measures as a part of the Croatian criminal justice system which is regulated in chapter V. of the Criminal Code. The paper starts with the historical development of the security measures, and then continues with detailed description of their changes that are made through the amendments of the Criminal Code. The term security measures and their purpose are described further on. Each security measure is analyzed individually, with reference to the positive and negative aspects of their modulation in the Criminal Code. For a more detailed presentation, it goes through examples in the judicial practice and reports of the Croatian Ministry of justice. Finally, author summarizes all data and information and gives her own opinion regarding the security measures in the Croatian criminal justice system.
