Abstract
Predmet ovog završnog rada je prestanak državne službe. Detaljnije je definiran pojam službeničkog odnosa, državnog službenika, navedeni i posebno razrađeni načini prestanka državne službe te obrađeno poglavlje Odbora za državnu službu. Prilikom pisanja ovog završnog rada korištena je metoda kompilacije. Temelj je Zakon o državnim službenicima. Korištena je i stručna literatura pronađena u knjižnici Pravnog fakulteta, gradske knjižnice te prilikom pretraživanja internetskih stranica. Prilikom pisanja završnog rada vidljivo je da je službenički odnos vrlo specifičan odnos. Državni službenici imaju mnoge ovlasti ali ujedno i odgovornosti koje mogu utjecati na cjelokupni prestanak državne službe. Državnim službenicima služba može prestati samo na način utvrđen zakonom. U radu se detaljno razrađuje svaki prestanak službe pojedinačno.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final work is the termination of civil service. Defined in detail are the terms: civil service system, civil servant, the stated and elaborated manners of termination of civil service, as well as the chapter of the Civil Service Committee. This final work was drafted using the compilation method. It is based on the Law on Civil Servants. Reference materials found in the library at the Faculty of Law, at the City Library and during the search on the web were also used. During research on this final work it became evident that the civil service system is a very specific one. Civil servants have many powers, but also responsibilities that can affect the termination of the civil service. Civil service can only be terminated in a manner prescribed by the law. This final work explains each manner of termination of civil service individually.
