Abstract
Tema rada su ekološki porezi koji služe zaštiti okoliša s jedne strane, a s druge punjenju proračuna. Svijet se mijenja, te usporedno s njim i okoliš. Postajemo sve napredniji, ali okoliš je taj na kojem se vide najveće promijene, koje nisu nimalo dobre. Osim uvođenja poreza potrebno je i razvijati svijest o zagađenju i informirati građane kako se bolje odnositi prema okolišu. Kroz rad se upoznajemo općenito s porezima, njihovim nastankom, što je okoliš i kako se mijenja. Središnji dio rada obuhvaća jedan od važnijih ekonomskih instrumenata koji služe zaštiti okoliša, slijede vrste ekoloških poreza, njihove prednosti i nedostatci, pregled situacija u Europskoj Uniji, te koja je država najbolja u provođenju i uz to ostvaruje cilj povećanja zaposlenosti. I na kraju rada kakva je situacija i koji porezi za zaštitu okoliša postoje u Republici Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
The theme of the paper is environmental taxes that serve environmental protection on the one hand, and on the other, filling the budget. The world is changing, and so is the environment. We're getting more advanced, but it's the environment that is seeing the biggest changes, which are not good at all. In addition to introducing taxes, it is also necessary to develop pollution awareness and to inform citizens how to better treat the environment. In paper, we are introduced to taxes in general, how they are generated, what the environment is and how it changes. The central part of the paper covers one of the most important economic instrument serving the environment, followed by the types of environmental taxes, their advantages and disadvantages, and the situation overview of the European Union, and which state is the best at implementing it, and in doing so, achieves the goal of increasing employment. And finally, what is the situation and what environmental taxes exist in the Republic of Croatia.
