Abstract
Diplomski rad naziva Sudska zaštita prava radnika podijeljen je u pet osnovnih poglavlja koji obrađuju problematiku zaštite prava radnika, kao jednog od temelja zaštite prava radnika iz radnog odnosa. Posebni osvrt stavljen je na temeljna prava iz radnog odnosa, procesne pretpostavke ostvarivanja sudske zaštite, tužbene zahtjeve u okviru kojih sud odlučuje o predmetu spora te na komparativno-pravno uređenje radnih sporova, odnosno sudske zaštite prava radnika u europskim zemljama. Zaključna razmatranja diplomskog rada Sudska zaštita prava radnika razmatraju, između ostalog, potrebu osnivanja specijaliziranih radnih sudova, kojim bi sudska zaštita prava radnika bila učinkovitija, pristupačnija i jeftinija, a posljedično bi se pridonijelo boljoj zaštiti prava radnika kao slabijoj stranci u sporu te pravnoj sigurnosti.
Abstract (english)
Thesis called Judicial protection of workers' rights is divided into five main chapters dealing with the issue of protecting workers' rights at the court, as one of the most important basis of protection of workers' employment rights. Particular emphasis is placed on basic employment rights, procedural requirements to provide judicial protection, claims from which the court decides on the merits and on comparative legal regulation of labor disputes, hence judicial protection of workers' rights in European countries. Concluding observations of the thesis Judicial protection of workers' rights discusses the need to establish specialized labor courts. They would provide more effective, more accessible and less expensive judicial protection of the workers' rights and consequently contribute to the better legal security and protection of worker as a weaker party in the dispute and judicial proceedings.
