Abstract
Sadržaj diplomskog rada „Upravna povijest“ kotara Poreč 1954.-1955.“ temelji se na podacima prikupljenima iz arhivske građe koji obuhvaćaju: zapisnike sjednica Kotarskog narodnog odbora, zapisnike Kotarske narodne skupštine, zapisnike Izvršnog odbora Kotarskog narodnog odbora i izvješća o radu pojedinih odjela. Glavni cilj i svrha diplomskog rada je detaljnije razjašnjenje teritorijalno-administrativnog ustroja grada Poreča u povijesnom razdoblju od 1954. godine do 1955. godine. U radu su prikazane i obrazložene radnje i odluke donesene u navedenom razdoblju. Rad je koncipiran tako da su za svaku godinu navedeni zapisnici sjednica Kotarskog narodnog odbora, izvršnih narodnih odbora. Uz svaki zapisnik navedene su točke dnevnog reda, opisani su postupci donošenja odluka i navedeni su najvažniji zaključci. Sjednice odbora sastojale su se uglavnom od rasprava vezanih za gospodarska i politička pitanja.
Abstract (english)
The content of the paper "Administrative history of district of of Poreč 1954-1955" is based on data collected from archival material, which includes: written records of meetings of the Kotar National Committee, meetings of the Kotar National Assembly, meetings of the Executive Committee of the Kotar National Committee and reports on the work of individual departments. The main aim and purpose of the paper thesis is to explain in more detail the territorial-administrative structure of the city of Poreč in the historical period from 1954 to 1955. The paper presents and explains the actions and decisions made during the stated period. The paper is designed in such a way that the records of the sessions of the County People's Committee, executive people's committees, are listed for each year. Each item lists the agenda items, describes the decision-making procedures and outlines the most important conclusions. The committee sessions consisted mainly of discussions on economic and political issues.
