Abstract
Velike financijske krize i slomovi tržišta uvelike su utjecali na razvoj korporativnog upravljanja i na pojavu kodeksa korporativnog upravljanja. Preporuke Europske komisije i direktive utjecale su na razvoj hrvatskog Kodeksa korporativnog upravljanja. Zakon o trgovačkim društvima u potpunosti je usklađen s odredbama direktiva, a preporuke Europske komisije o korporativnom upravljanju prihvaćene su u hrvatskom Kodeksu korporativnog upravljanja.
Abstract (english)
Financial crisis and market breakdowns had a great impact on development of the corporate governance and emergence of corporate governance codes. Recommendations of the European Commission and directives had a major impact on the development of the Croatian Corporate Governance Code. Croatian Companies Act is entirely harmonised with the provisions of european directives and recommendations on the corporate governance are accepted in the Croatian Corporate Governance Code.
