Abstract
Tema ovog rada je odgovornost za štetu koju prouzroče životinje. Nakon uvoda u temu, definirana je odgovornost za štetu, pretpostavke te odgovornosti, vrste odgovornosti za štetu i popravljanje štete. U slijedećem poglavlju definirane su opasne stvari i opasne djelatnosti, kriteriji određivanja opasnih stvari, odgovorne osobe i oslobođenje od odgovornosti. Poglavlje prije zaključka govori o odgovornosti za štetu koju prouzroče životinje, s posebnim osvrtom na divljač, strogo zaštićene vrste, napuštene i izgubljene životinje, kućne ljubimce i domaće životinje.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is liability for damage caused by animals. After the introduction to the topic, liability for damage, assumptions of liability, types of liability for damage and reparation are defined. The next chapter defines dangerous objects and dangerous activity, criteria for determining dangerous goods, responsible persons and excluding liability. The pre-conclusion chapter discusses liability for damage caused by animals, with special reference to wildlife, strictly protected species, abandoned and lost animals, pets and domestic animals.
