Abstract
Rad je posvećen analizi instituta odgovornosti za drugog, to jest dužnika koji nije stvarni prouzročitelj štete, nego je u ulozi odgovorne osobe na osnovi postojanja pravno relevantnog odnosa između njega i stvarnog štetnika. U prvom dijelu rada daje se uvid u opće pretpostavke izvanugovorne odgovornosti za štetu i temelj takve odgovornosti sukladno kojima se u našem pravu odgovara. Drugi dio rada posvećen je iscrpnom i detaljnom argumentiranju svakog pojedinačnog oblika odgovornosti za drugog pozivanjem na normativne odredbe propisane od strane zakonodavca, pravnu literaturu i relevantnu sudsku praksu.
Abstract (english)
The paper is dedicated to the analysis of the institute of liability for another, i.e., the debtor who is not the real causer of the damage but is in the role of responsible person based on the existence of a legally relevant relationship. The first part of the paper provides an insight into the general assumptions of non-contractual liability for damage and the basis of such liability in accordance with our legal system. The second part of the paper is dedicated to a comprehensive and detailed argumentation of each individual form of responsibility for the other by referring to the normative provisions prescribed by the legislator, the legal literature and relevant case law.
