Firstly, this academic research will be based on problems of unfair terms in consumer contracts. Further, I would try to explain terms that are based on adhesion contracts and formulars or tipical contracts and general business conditions relevant for this academic research. After that, research would try to explain how elaborated unfair terms in consumer contracts really are and how they made their way throughout its history. Also, through its histoy there are elaborated some unfair terms in consumer contracts at different jurisdictions until the adoption of Directive 93/13/EEZ of unfair terms in consumer contracts. Furthermore, there will be explanation about changes and influence of Directive 93/13/EEZ of unfair terms in consumer contracts and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. In the next chapter there will be discussion about unfair terms in consumer contracts based to Croatian law and comparing Civil obligation Act and Consumer Protection Act with Directive 93/13/EEZ of unfair terms in consumer contracts. Next, there will be review about relevant practice by Court of Justice of the European Union which is the highest court of the EU in matters of Union law, but not national law. I will elaborate fundamental and important elements of contracts and preclusions assesments of the unfair nature of its own terms. At the very end of my research, there will be some thesis and facts about Croatian practice law (about attorneys in Croatia and mandatory membership in it). Also, thesis will be extended by description of theory in law and practice of law used in Court of Justice in the European Union. Finally, to form and create this academic research, we had used relevant scientific literature based about law and indesciplinarity studies that comprises provisions of the legislation and jurisprudence.
