Abstract
U radu se analizira elektroničko poslovanje u javnoj upravi s naglaskom na elektronički račun koji je sveprisutan u poslovanju javne uprave i bitno olakšava komunikaciju kao i samo poslovanje između pošiljatelja i primatelja e-računa. U samo početku rada upoznajemo se sa samim elektroničkim poslovanjem kao i njegovim temeljima te elektroničkim ispravama i kroz tematiku elektroničkog poslovanja dolazimo i do elektroničkog računa kao i zakonskog okvira koji ga uređuje.
