Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je analizirati i objasniti pravo na starosnu mirovinu. U radu se razmatra postupak ostvarivanja prava na starosnu mirovinu koja je uređena općim propisom mirovinskog osiguranja, Zakonom o mirovinskom osiguranju, mnogim posebnim propisima, te Uredbama Europske unije o koordinaciji sustava socijalne sigurnosti i međunarodnim ugovorima o socijalnom osiguranju. U radu se objašnjava značenje ovog prava kao jednog od temeljnih prava mirovinskog osiguranja. Rješavanje o pravu na starosnu mirovinu pokreće se predajom zahtjeva Hrvatskom zavodu za mirovinsko osiguranje.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the rights to old age pension. The study considers the procedure of the rights and entitlements to old age pension which is subject to the regulations on the pension insurance, Pension Insurance Act, many special regulations and the EU regulations on the coordination of social security systems and international social security agreements. The study explains the meaning of this right as one of the fundamental rights of pension insurance. Entitlement to old age pension will be considered after pension claim is filed to the Croatian pension insurance institute.
